License Plates
By purchasing the Mammogram License Plate, you are also contributing to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the plates is allocated to the foundation for breast cancer research, education, screening and treatment. Mammogram License Plates have a $25 issuance fee ($10 of that fee will go into the Mammogram Fund). In addition to the standard $78 registration fee. Renewal fees are the same; however, $23 of the $25 issuance fee will go into the Mammogram Fund.
